Welcome to the H1 2021 Rev Ops Barometer!
This is our third year running the Barometer but our first year with a dedicated American survey alongside our EMEA and RoW analysis.
Having a robust American sample means we are now able to compare regions and track significant changes over time to highlight the differing needs, concerns and priorities that publishers around the globe have shared.

The Rev Ops Barometer is a quantitative survey of highly experienced rev ops and ad ops professionals, with responses gathered online in late January and early February 2021.
Now in its third year, the Rev Ops Barometer continues to provide unrivalled insight into the revenue generating machine that sits at the heart of the contemporary digital publisher. Drawing on responses from digital pure plays and businesses with one foot in traditional media alike, the barometer provides an essential lens on the business challenges publishers face, and their key investment priorities for the coming year.
Rev Ops Barometer participants are experienced and informed. They include C-Suite, VP and Director level professionals and 70% have over a decade’s experience in ad operations.
