We first began discussing this project with Splash’s Chief Strategy Officer, Alastair Duncan, in early January 2019.
Alastair was keen to understand how or if major brands were equipped to take advantage of new opportunities afforded by dynamic creative delivery. As the project developed, involving a qualitative research study of European marketers, it became more clear that DCO was indeed a hot topic and a key area of development for progressive marketers.
Feedback from our study highlighted that although there can be no one size all for diverse brands, some consistent themes were emerging that could help any marketer define a sensible approach to this new discipline.
